These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all activities, events, and digital products provided by Gold Hunts Ltd., trading as Robin’s Hunt (“Robin’s Hunt”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By participating in any hunt or purchasing any digital product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Section 1: Robin’s Hunt – Real-World Gold Hunts

1. Organiser

​

Robin’s Hunt is operated by Gold Hunts Ltd., trading as Robin’s Hunt, registered in the United Kingdom.

2. Hunt Locations

​

Gold hunts may take place anywhere in the United Kingdom, including publicly accessible parks, forests, or outdoor spaces. Exact locations are disclosed as part of the hunt process.

3. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

​

• Minimum participation age: 16 years old

• Participants under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times

• ​

4. Tickets

​

• All tickets are non-refundable

• Tickets may be transferred to another person prior to the hunt

​

5. Prize & Winner Rules

​

• The first individual or team to physically touch the gold is declared the winner and keeps the prize

• Prize value and form may vary and will be disclosed on the day of the hunt

• Only one prize per team per hunt

• Multiple teams from the same household may participate, but only one may claim the main prize

• If the gold is not found within 3 days, Robin’s Hunt retains the prize

6. Clues & Hunt Structure

​

• When the countdown ends, participants receive an email containing the park or forest name along with a clue or image

• Clues are released simultaneously to all ticket holders

• All clues are final; no additional hints or clarifications will be provided

​

7. Live Streaming, Photography & Media

​

• Hunts may be live-streamed

• Participants may be photographed or filmed during events

• By participating, you consent to the use of images or footage for marketing, promotional, or documentation purposes

8. Safety & Liability

​

• Participation is entirely at your own risk

• Robin’s Hunt accepts no responsibility or liability for injury, harm to self, loss, damage to property, or personal belongings

• Participants must remain aware of surroundings, including terrain, traffic, weather conditions, and other people

• No trespassing: only publicly accessible areas may be searched

• Respect the environment: no digging, littering, or property damage

9. Weather

• Hunts proceed regardless of weather conditions unless otherwise stated

​

10. Fair Play

​

Any of the following will result in immediate disqualification and a permanent ban:

• Cheating or attempting to gain an unfair advantage

• Trespassing or ignoring access restrictions

• Damaging property or the environment

• Endangering yourself or others

• Completely Customised Video Hunt Bundle (fully personalised videos from uploaded photos)

1. Product Delivery

​

• Delivered digitally via email download link

• Delivery time: within 24 hours of purchase

2. Refunds & Cancellations

​

• All digital products are non-refundable

​

3. Personalisation & Accuracy

​

• For customised products, visual elements may differ slightly from uploaded photos

• Exact replication cannot be guaranteed

4. Usage Rights

​

• Digital products are for personal use only

• Sharing, resale, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited

5. Age & Supervision

​

• Intended for use by children under parent or guardian supervision

​

6. Safety & Liability

​

• Robin’s Hunt is not responsible for supervision, injuries, accidents, or harm occurring during play

• Customers are responsible for ensuring activities and hiding locations are safe and appropriate

7. Intellectual Property

​

• All videos, characters, designs, and content remain the intellectual property of Robin’s Hunt

• Customers receive a personal-use licence only

8. Modifications

​

• Delivered digital products cannot be modified, replaced, or refunded

Section 3: Digital Gold Panning Maps & Beginner Guides

1. Purpose & Use

​

Gold panning maps and beginner guides provided by Robin’s Hunt are for informational and recreational purposes only.

• No guarantee is made regarding the presence of gold, accuracy of locations, or success of panning activities

• Locations are provided as general prospecting guidance, not precise targets

​

2. Legal & Environmental Responsibility

​

• Users are solely responsible for lawful land access and obtaining permissions where required

• Users must comply with all applicable laws, environmental regulations, and local access rules

​

3. Risk & Liability

​

• All gold panning and outdoor activities are undertaken entirely at the user’s own risk

• Robin’s Hunt accepts no responsibility or liability for injury, harm to self, loss, damage, environmental impact, or legal consequences arising from use of these materials
