Terms and Conditions – Robin’s Hunt

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all activities and products provided by Gold Hunts Ltd., trading as Robin’s Hunt (“Robin’s Hunt”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By participating in our hunts or purchasing our digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Section 1: Robin’s Hunt – Real-World Gold Hunt

1. Organizer

Robin’s Hunt is operated by Gold Hunts Ltd., trading as Robin’s Hunt, registered in the United Kingdom.

2. Hunt Locations

Events may take place anywhere in the United Kingdom, in publicly accessible parks, forests, or other outdoor spaces.

​

3. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

  • Minimum age: 16 years old.

  • Participants under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

  • ​

4. Tickets

  • Tickets are non-refundable.

  • Tickets may be transferred to another person.

  • ​

5. Prize and Winner Rules

  • The first person or team to physically touch the gold wins and keeps the prize.

  • Prize value and form may change for each hunt and will be revealed on the day of the hunt.

  • Only one prize per team per hunt. Multiple teams from the same household may participate, but only one may claim the main prize.

  • If the gold is not found within 3 days, Robin’s Hunt retains the prize.

6. Clues and Hunt Structure

  • When the countdown ends, participants receive an email containing the park or forest name and a clue or image.

  • Clues are released simultaneously for all ticket tiers.

  • Clues are final; no additional hints will be provided.

  • ​

7. Live Streaming & Photography

Hunts may be live-streamed, and participants may be photographed or filmed automatically for marketing and promotional purposes.

8. Safety and Liability

  • Participation is entirely at your own risk.

  • Robin’s Hunt accepts no responsibility or liability for injury, harm to self, loss, or property damage.

  • Participants must remain aware of surroundings, traffic, weather conditions, and other people.

  • No trespassing: only publicly accessible areas may be searched.

  • Respect the environment: do not litter, dig, or damage property.

9. Weather

Hunts proceed regardless of weather conditions.

10. Fair Play

Cheating, trespassing, damaging property, or endangering others will result in immediate disqualification and a permanent ban.

Section 2: Digital Interactive Scavenger Hunts

Includes:

  • Robin’s Hide & Find Scavenger Hunt (pre-made personalised videos)

  • Completely Customised Video Hunt Bundle (fully personalised videos from uploaded photos)

1. Product Delivery

  • Delivered digitally via email download link.

  • Delivery time: within 24 hours of purchase.

  • ​

2. Refunds and Cancellations

All digital products are non-refundable.

3. Personalisation and Accuracy

For customised hunts, videos may differ slightly from uploaded photos. Exact replication cannot be guaranteed.

4. Usage Rights

Purchased videos are for personal use only. Sharing, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.

5. Age and Supervision

These products are intended for children under parent or guardian supervision.

​

6. Liability and Safety

Robin’s Hunt is not responsible for supervision, injuries, accidents, or harm to self occurring during play. Users are responsible for ensuring hiding spots and activities are safe and appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All videos, characters, and designs remain the intellectual property of Robin’s Hunt. Customers receive a personal-use licence only.

8. Modifications

Delivered videos cannot be modified, replaced, or refunded.

Section 3: General Terms

Changes to Terms

Robin’s Hunt may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the website.

1. Gold Panning Maps & Beginner Guides

Gold panning maps and beginner guides provided by Robin’s Hunt are for informational and recreational purposes only. We do not guarantee the presence of gold, the accuracy of locations, or the success of any panning activity. Users are solely responsible for lawful land access, obtaining permissions where required, and complying with all applicable laws and environmental regulations. All activities are undertaken entirely at the user’s own risk. Robin’s Hunt accepts no responsibility or liability for injury, harm to self, loss, damage, or legal consequences arising from the use of these materials.
